Hi,
I have recently moved into a house and ordered M125 Fibre Broadband on 18.11.2023. I do not have a Virgin mobile or home number. On my pre-contract documents and order summary sent to my email upon ordering my broadband I can not see any reference whatsoever to an account number or area number.
Because of this, I can’t connect to Virgin Media’s customer service numbers or even register a Virgin Media account.
I want to track our Broadband delivery (It was supposed to arrive yesterday but it didn`t) but am absolutely unable to without an account number, despite having an order reference number, pre-contract documents confirming my order and a contract information sheet number etc.
Any help from a Virgin Media representative would be greatly appreciated.
