Please activate my Internet connection

Hi , received my quick start package this morning however I am not able to activate it, as far as I know I have not received a text so unable to reply "go", also your call centers are currently closed.

Could someone please activate, Thanks

Hi George,   Please ignore previous,

 

This is correct sequence!

 

Lower light Solid white, then upper lights quickly flash green then turn red for a split second, then go out, lower light flashes white then just flashes green.
