Payment issue

Hi can someone please get in touch with me regarding a payment that I need to make. The telephone automated messages takes me back to the beginning when I press the given options and online it brings up a blank page when i go to the payment page.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and a warm welcome to you, I am sorry to hear you are having issues paying a bill.

 

I have tried to have a look our end but was unable to locate your account with the details we have for you, it has been 8 days since your last post have you been able to make a payment either online on your online account or by calling 150 from your home phone and selecting make a payment?
