I have a hub 3.0. My Alexa lost WiFi connection. Whilst setting it back up and entering the password I'm told it's incorrect, which is oddaodd it's the one on the hub it's never been changed. What can I do to sort this.
Have you tried entering the password on another wireless device?
You can double check what the wireless password is by accessing the router (Password should be on the base of the hub, unless you've previously changed it!):
Then Advanced Settings \ Wireless \ Security
You could try resetting the router will put it back to original settings and then enter the password details again in case it's become corrupt.
Keep the hub switched on and disconnect any ethernet connections, then push the reset button firmly with a paperclip or something similair. keep it pressed in for around a minute.
Wait around 10 minutes and it should revert to factory settings. You can now reconnect the ethernet cables, and hopefully all resolved.
