I am a new customer. Ordered virgin 1gig WiFi on Friday. Tuesday was the first selected delivery date and Wednesday was the second selected delivery date.
I received a text from Virgin saying yodel will give me a 2 hour time slot for my delivery.
i didn’t receive anything from virgin or yodel from then onwards. And no parcel arrived.
ive spoke to customer support, been into the o2 store where I ordered it from and even spoke to yodel. No one has the parcel apparently.
It isn’t the best start to an 18 month contract. I would just like the parcel delivered so I can use WiFi!
