Parcel never arrived

I am a new customer. Ordered virgin 1gig WiFi on Friday. Tuesday was the first selected delivery date and Wednesday was the second selected delivery date. 

I received a text from Virgin saying yodel will give me a 2 hour time slot for my delivery.

i didn’t receive anything from virgin or yodel from then onwards. And no parcel arrived. 

ive spoke to customer support, been into the o2 store where I ordered it from and even spoke to yodel. No one has the parcel apparently. 

It isn’t the best start to an 18 month contract. I would just like the parcel delivered so I can use WiFi!

Same thing, zero info or feedback. Spare that choose them...

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734

They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

I am sorry to hear that there was a delay with the delivery and this is not the experience which we want you to have. 

Can you let us know how it goes with the engineer?
