Packet Loss

Hi,

I've started experiencing packet loss over the past two weeks or so.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 1 WiFi, 1 on PA) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On 250Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with packet loss. We can understand this is not ideal and we want to best help. 

I have had a look at your service on our systems and I can confirm your service issues may be due to a current SNR outage in your area. Our team has been made aware of this and they are currently working to resolve this matter. The current estimated fix time for this is 09 MAY 2022 17:15. Please bear with our team while we work to resolve this.
