Packet Loss & Hub 5 Errors

Good afternoon team I hope everyone is doing well,

I have been noticing for a while that I get packet loss when playing some games randomly. This happened regardless of if I used Ethernet, powerful Wi-Fi 6 Mesh Systems (which I used exclusively as a Wi-Fi Backhaul /PC was connected to it via Ethernet), or Powerline Adapters.

 

The Hub 5 is in in Modem Mode, connected to an Asus AX11000 Pro Router.

 

I have noticed in the Hub 5's logs, there are these errors every couple of days as well. There was some on the 15th July, although after rebooting my Router today, these have disappeared but similar ones for today (17th July) are shown.

 

Can someone please look at my logs and also the Downstream /Upstream channels to see if everything is okay?

How much packet loss was reported ?

Thank you ever so much for this Client62 - I didn't know Cloudflare had this tool. 🙂

So the tool showed 0% packet loss and a tick for gaming as well. I'm not sure what these errors in the Hub 5's log are though. 😕

Interestingly that cloudflare tool showed good stats for me too, but I am having issues with high latency and packet loss (check my BQM).

If you work out what the problem is, let me know please 🙂
