Packet Loss - SO19

Seems to be a bit of packet loss going on in Southampton SO19 router stats are fine, i get it every few days for few mins then stop but today seems to go even worse. have seen upstream bounce from 8 QAM, 32 QAM, and 64 QAM.

There's one heck of a lot of noise on your line. I don't know if that's causing the packet loss but it doesn't look normal.

Can you reboot the Hub and then post the stats after a day or two?

Hub was rebooted at 12:25 this morning as it done firmware update

That doesn't sound good. So much noise, two T3 timeouts in a few hours and one unlocked channel. I think you should get this looked at.

Well from what i seen i've always got 1 t3 time out on the old firmware when it was connecting to virgin media, so really i only had 1 t3 time out and from my old posts the odd "t3 timeout" is normal.
