Hi all,
Apologies if this is the wrong section.
I'm on the 1Gb, Hub 4 package.
Over the last 24 hours my packet loss has sky rocketed, after not having any for a long time. My BQM currently looks like the following:
I've checked the website and the phone number for issues in my area and it doesnt have any as showing, stating everything should be ok. I've also rebooted the Hub 4 a couple of times and its still happening.
I've also noticed when using RealSpeed - SamKnows, the speed to the hub varies quite a lot, from 500Mb to 1100Mb when it used to be a steady 1100Mb.
Hoping someone can help me with all this.

Hi I did, called the normal number 0345 454 1111. tried to refer them to this post also but not sure if it worked!
