POD overheating and buzzing

Hi my WiFi  booster pod started buzzing and over heating approx 6 weeks after we got it, Iv rang VM today regarding another matter and mentioned we need a new booster due to being unable to plug the one we have in but was told they could not order a new one? Can anyone advise please
