Outside wall box

  Hi I am moving into a new property and this is the box on the wall outside is this safe to set up please or do I need to call someone out to fix as moving in on 2/11/22 thank you

Setting up the Virgin Media connection shouldn't be problematic with the exterior box being in it's current state, however it would be best to get this tided up.

Can you confirm if you've arranged a manned install with our team, or if you've booked a Quickstart order?
