Outside cable box cover

Hi there,

In October storms whilst on holiday i came back to find the cover of the external box had blown away.  Since then i have been trying to get someone to replace this/fix but to no avail.  Any help appreciated on this would be great.  I've contacted customer service numerous times and even logged the issue on a seperate number but still no response.  The carrier bag is bearing up still surprisingly .
