After receiving my package I discovered that there is no wiring to the outside brown box from the outside source. How can I get this replaced.

I just received my start in pack only find the external VM box cable was removed when the driveway was laid?

VM will only send out QuickStart packs to addresses that have previously had VM. Unfortunately they cannot tell if the previous owner has removed their equipment.
