Hi - not sure which board to post my query.  I need to move my outside box to accomodate building work.  Basically, from the front of the house to the side - about a metre in distance.  I've tried calling, chat etc but just going round in circles or being kept on hold.

Is there a facility that I can use to get this arranged?

Thanks for your post, at this moment in time we are not doing nonessential work due to covid.
