Hello unfortunately due to the bad weather my cover outside has gone missing, can this be replaced easily as I worried about the connection being lost completely.
I saw there were quite a few people with the same issue I was just wondering how quickly this got sorted and if anyone had issues with their connection.

Hello Lee I have logged in to my account but there is nothing to verify? When would this appointment be and do I need to be present if it's simply outside as I work full time in NHS only day off is Sunday or bank holiday Monday.
