Hi, can someone from VM please contact me as my outside brown box was damaged in a storm and the cables are now exposed. I need a replacement fitted but cannot get through to talk to anyone on the telephone. Thanks
VM staff do participate here and can arrange for an engineer to come out and sort the omnibox out, however I'm not sure how often they visit the tech-chatter board - you may have more luck posting this on the Quickstart board..
