Outside Cable Disconnected

Hi

 I recently moved into a new property and ordered a quickstart package as the property already had virgins connection box on the wall. I neglected to look outside but the box is not connected and cannot see a way to connect it myself. I have no idea what the previous occupants have done or why.

For this reason i would like to request an engineer please to reconnect to the infrastructure.

Best way to acheive this is calling customer services on 0345 454 1111, responses from staff here can take up to a few weeks.
