Outside Cable Box Cover Missing

Hi,

The outside Virgin Media cable box/cover has come off and is missing. I am concerned about the rain and other conditions. I couldn't find anywhere on the Virgin Media help site or app to request a replacement box. Could you please guide me on how to arrange this?

You can purchase omnibox covers on ebay. Might work out cheaper than an engineer call out which i imagine is how VM would look to fix it?
