I live on the highstreet and have noticed that the outside box that contains all wires has been broken. I have attempted to report the problem through the relevant phone lines however frustratingly I have not had any success.
I just need a Technician to come to my residence and fix the broken box as the wires etc are open to the elements. Please see attached photo.
Any help in getting an engineer round would be great. Thanks

Hi @ben_sams
Welcome to the community forums
Sorry to hear that you've not been able to get the support over the phone to get this resolved for you.
We'll need to book a technician to come and fix the cover for you. Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. Thanks so much for joining me on private message @ben_sams I have now booked you a visit for your cover replacement 🙂
There will be no charge for this visit unless:
• The technician diagnoses the faults as not being caused by our network/equipment
• The technician discovers that the fault or problem relates to your equipment
• The technician discovers that the fault or problem relates to any system that we are not responsible for
The technician will confirm during their visit if any of these instances apply, and if so, a £25 charge will be applied to your account.
Please ensure there is someone over the age of 18 present at the time of the visit. If you need to change your appointment, please let me or the team know before 4pm the day before your appointment and we can get this rearranged for you at our side.
If you do miss an agreed appointment for any reason, a £25 missed appointment charge will be applied to your account on the day of the appointment.
Keep us posted with any further concerns you have regarding this 🙂
