Hi I have no outside box the wires are joined then taped as engineer said their was not enough cable coming out of the ground to put in a box and the cable was very brittle I'm having constant drop and quality issue could this be the source of the problem 3 engineers have said it will be fine but unable to fix my issue cant post photo as image size is to big thankyou
