i know there have been problems over the network but get the past day or so but isn’t it time Virginmedia put a message in their website saying what the problems are?
i have got full service at the moment but cannot access my virginmedia either via the app or online.
Please Virgin, be transparent with us all. We are loyal customers and should be treated that way
The outage was on the website, and the update saying it had been fixed.
Also my virgin media is accessible to me so obviously not a global issue.
