Out of range

I have 2 devices which have started to have an issue. A Samsung tablet has disconnected from the wifi and when trying to connect comes up with the message "our of range". I also have a kindle paperwhite, which is unable to find the wifi. I have tried entering it manually but it will not accept it.

Both devices can see other internet connections locally and both worked fine until the last week

Re: Out of range

But the devices are ok when they are in the same room as the router?

Re: Out of range

I have other devices that work with no problem and the 2 devices not working also will connect to other routers when I have taken them to them!

Re: Out of range

Go into the device settings, find the SSID of your Hub and delete / forget them.

Reboot the device.

Search for the SSIDs and reconnect.

Re: Out of range

Not sure what an SSID is , but if it is the Wi-Fi network then the device does not see it or recognise it.

If not that then please let me know where to look?
