Our services aren’t currently available in your area but available to other flats in building.
I'm moving into a flat on Thursday that is in a small building with one other flat, when I put my address ,5A, into the postcode checker it tells me 'Our services aren’t currently available in your area'.
However, when I put 5B into it, it says 'Great news, you can get Virgin Media' and offers the fibre broadband. And from what I've been told by the landlord, I think 5B uses Virgin media. I would have thought that if I'm in the same building, sharing the same walls, plumbing and cabling, I should be able to get Virgin too.
Would someone be able to shed some light on what's happening here?
