Ordered to wrong address!

Hi,

I accidentally ordered to my neighbour’s address. I don’t have an account number and there doesn’t seem to be a fix after phoning multiple times.

Hi, 

I have called the pre installation team a few times and every time they need an account number. 

it’s a cycle that leaves me with my installation still going to my neighbour’s.
