Three weeks ago I signed up for virgin media and set my delivery date for the router delivery to be 20/09/2023. The day passed and no router was delivered. I checked through my emails and there is no Yodel order confirmation or tracking details. I have checked the Track My Orders page on the website and there are no orders listed, despite having several confirmation emails from Virgin Media saying my sign up was successful three weeks ago.
I am at my wits end trying to get through to anyone at Virgin to resolve this. The telepohone support does not work as I don't have an account number and I have tried the live chat several times and have yet to get through to an actual human, so I am forced now to put a forum post up.
This is really making me reconsider wether I should even go through with VM as a supplier if the support is this bad before I have even gotten set up!
