Ordered hub3

Hub has failed showing no lights even when power turned on. Tried phoning support and waited over an hour to be cut off. Logged into account and was able to upgrade to hub3 but can’t find if order has been received. No email confirmation or text, so is there anywhere I can check this?  Thank you

I have been able to locate your account and can see that you have activated your box. Are you having any further issues since you have got the new hub?
