Hi all I had to reorder for some reason my installation was due today but was told I needed to reorder. Did so have email confirming new install date Thursday but was told as part of package included a sim they would send email and confirm engineer visit. Haven't received anything from mobile team and it states a txt will be sent 3 days before to check it's OK for engineer to call. As it's down to 2 days tomorrow you can understand my predicament. Can anyone help please.
