Order status shows NaN/NaN/NaN - need an update

Hi - I was due to have broadband installed on 10 September. It couldn't go ahead because additional work is required. Last time I spoke with Virgin Media I was told this had been authorised and would go ahead but they couldn't provide more info on time scale (I was told it could be up to 6-8 weeks).

I haven't been able to get in touch with customer support since. Please could someone from Virgin Media check the status of this work and provide an update on timing?

Nananan - translates as waiting for permission/approval from your local council to dig up the pavement/street to clear a blockage and relay the cable.

Timescale depends on your local council - they are the weakest link 6-8 weeks is average - could be sooner or later. Then VM will have to schedule the install team after that

Many thanks, John. As it happens, I checked the very useful https://one.network/ yesterday and was able to see that the council has granted the necessary permit and work is scheduled to start next week. Hopefully installation should follow shortly afterwards.
