We ordered a quickstart hub and it was delayed to 2 weeks, we called to ask if it can be rescheduled since we'll have no internet for 2 weeks.
VM Customer service said it's been dispatched and so we have to call yodel even though we don't have a tracking ID because they said they will ask for our account number.
I called yodel and they asked for tracking ID, I didn't have one, they asked for my name and delivery post code, they still couldn't find the parcel!
