I placed an order for Broadband this morning, and had an e-mail confirming quickstart delivery date of Saturday 18th March. About an hour later, I received another email from Virgin stating that my order date wasnt available and was now 6th April (in 3 weeks). This isnt quick enough, I work from home and need internet as soon as possible.
I contacted customer services by phone, who couldnt find a record of my order and wanted me to place another order, which I declined as I already have confirmation email with an Online Order Reference.
Please could someone contact me by PM to assist me?
