Order Placed but No Welcome info or Dispatch of Equipment

I placed an order for a new M250 connection on the 22/10/2023 I selected a delivery date of the 25/10/2023 but I have not received any dispatch confirmation or Welcome email. The web chat directs me login to my virgin media to track my delivery but I am not able to register as I haven't got an account number yet. I have tried to get through to a person by web chat and phone but can't pass the security checks as I cant answer the date of my direct debit or bill amount (as I haven't yet made any payments or had my first bill) Dont really know how to progress as I seem to be stuck in a loop.
