Orange light on hub. Keep losing internet connection

Not sure which board I should be posting on.  So hopefully this one will be ok. The light at bottom of my Superhub 3 has changed from white to orange.

I have disconnected everything and reconnected everything after multiple restarts etc.

 Everything is working, but dropping internet connection regularly - apparently not a service issue, and despite very fast speed.  TV smart functions regularly gives errors when using Shows for instance or BBC iPlayer loads very slowly.

Thanks for posting on the Community Forums.

 

I'm sorry to hear you're having a few issues with your hub and broadband connection. I'd like to look into this further for you - we will probably need to arrange an engineer to come out and take a look.​​​​​

Engineer arrived on time.  All equipment replaced together with cabling.  All good.  Didn’t seem very concerned by colour of light, more with service.  Not that I’m complaining!  Very white light now.  Wizzing internet - so far - all over large house - and a very white light.
