Tried purchasing broadband last night but got the "Oops, you've caught us at hard work error" whenever i got to the last stage of purchasing for my credit score to be checked.
Tried again today and it's still taking me to the same error page, is the website having outage issues or what?

I've tried 3 different web browsers, and used my mobile phone and still taking me to the same thing

Seems to show me the error without fail..
I know this is likely not the page they ar visiting, but it shows something is down/non working/or staff are hardly working, err working hard.
