So I'm in a fairly unique situation.
I'm hoping to get the virgin can offer, but I'm currently entirely unable to make an order.
I'm in a block of flats with coaxial cable running to each flat. Several other flats in the block have had a Virgin set up. I have no reason to believe my flat would be the exception.
When I attempt to order a package, my address doesn't appear on the list of addresses exposed by the post code (though a flat in my block does appear!), if I enter the address manually, I'm taken to a form regarding an engineer checking the property for service.
Not sure why I’m the only flat who is unable to get virgin, as everyone else can?
