Ongoing Broadband issue

We’ve had an ongoing broadband issue since last year. 

A technician came on 2nd April & said our broadband issues were due to an outside issue. An appointment was made for 23rd April for this to be fixed. Men did come on 21st and put a lead in our garden. But nobody came on the 23rd and the least isn’t connected

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your services and with the broken OMNI box. 

 

Have you managed to get the engineer appointment rearranged since your post?

Hi, no customer services on the phone said there is no issue and Twitter customer services said I had to wait for a reply on here?

Ill get an engineer out to come and fix the box.
