Once again…… problem with the outside work 2 days prior the installation

Well I’ve never know a bigger circus than virgin media.

3rd time now I’ve been told 2 days prior to installation there’s a problem. Every single person from virgin media tells me different reasons why. Completely feel mugged off by them like it’s a joke.
I have zero confidence in the incompetent people telling me it’ll happen on a certain date now. I can’t believe they have so many customers when customer service is this standard, shocking! Think I’ll leave them to it and move to 5g EE 😂 (even if they do the cable pulling)
