Hi, I have just re-joined virgin media for broadband and have had tremendous difficulties trying to setup an on-line account. The issue is that when I complete all the details it tell me there is incorrect data and deletes the passwords I am trying to setup. I am just using upper and lower case letters and numbers. I have created a new virgin email address so it does not get confused with my old email address but still no luck. I have been through to customer services who tried and had the same issue and have then been put through to technical services who had the same issue. They have raised a ticket and stated I will be contacted in the next 7 days.
Can it really be this difficult just to setup an on-line account?
