Just received a new modem. Followed set-up and all worked fine for a few hours but now when I check the app it says No internet

Aside from what the app says, are your devices connecting to the hub and working OK or are they not getting online?

Not getting any connection.

What are the lights on the front of your hub displaying. Some options are at the link below

choose the drop down for your hub model. A picture of each hub is shown if you don't know which is your model

Is that on an ethernet cable connected device - or are you just testing on wifi connections ?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
