Omnibox replacement cover

Hi, I'm currently in a converted house with separate flats - I have VM and I think the white cover is the VM box which has been knocked off, wonder if I can get a replacement - there are also a bunch of wires round the corner, but not sure if they originally had a box (I don't know who the other flats are with)
