Hi 

I hope you’re well.

Our external Omnibox is broken, we have building work at our address and the cover has broken off leaving the cables covered in building dust.

Could I please ask for a technician to come and take a look?

Call the customer support number 150 or 0345 454 1111 and ask for a technician visit.

Since it's not a Virginmedia fault they will charge you £25.
