I have what looks like some old equipment out the front of my property which has some cables sticking out of it. Is there a way I can go about getting it removed? I’m not currently with Virgin - it’s from the previous owners.

Sorry to hear that there are exposed cables on outside of your property. As @lotharmat has suggested, would you please be able to post a picture of them so we can know what we're needing to do?
