Not serviceable but rest of street are

Hi

So virign media intlaled cables in my street and the whole street has the option for virgin media except me and 5 of my neighbours. We are at the end of a cul de sac and there is a path between our houses and the ones that have it but we are on the same road. 

Any ideas?
