Not received router after placing an order

Hi,

I placed an order on the 5th September 2023 for a self-install router to be delivered on the 8th September. I haven't received my router nor any tracking number. I also haven't received any account number, so I am unable to get past the customer bot. Could anyone provide some insight for contacting Virgin and/or obtaining an account number or delivery date? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
