I received an email on 8 June telling me i should have received my returns packaging by now. I haven't. The collection of old kit is scheduled for 22 June. I have seen a link on the forum, to prepare a label myself but can't use that as i have no printer.  So what do i do now please?  Thank you.

Going by your post it sounds like you are a having a home collection by a tech to pick up the old equipment.

If that's the case you don't need a label. They will give you a receipt and take the equipment back to the warehouse where it be logged onto the systems.

If this isn't the case and you are taking the equipment to a local collect plus store then if you can't get anybody to print it for you (a friend, neighbour, relative, local library?) you can create your own label with the following address.

Add your VM account number details on your handwritten label eg VM123456789. The problem with creating your own label is that there won't be a bar code to be scanned into the systems to track the delivery.

Be sure to include a covering letter along with your account details etc
