Not received new self-install kit or my account number

Been nearly 2 weeks, nothing been received. The self install kit was supposed to arrive on the 4th of September and have heard nothing from either virgin media or yodel. 

Equally not received any actual contract with an account number, only have only received the pre-contract documents and an order reference which does not include my account number, so am unable to create an account with which to track where the package is.

Any feedback/suggestions would be much appreciated.
