Not received my new self-install kit or my account number

Joining in

its been almost a week and I have not received any update on the status of my home delivery order, the self install kit was supposed to arrive on the 1st of September.

Meanwhile I have not even received my account number to at least sign up and get an update on my order, neither have I received an email from Yodel, I have only received the pre-contract documents and an order reference which does not include my account number.

some feedback is much appreciated.
