I made an order for broadband on the 18th of September and was told I would receive a digital contract shortly. This has not been received.
However I did receive an email explaining that Virgin Media need to look further into the details of my order before going ahead with install. It also said that to continue my order, I should call 0800 052 7588. Understandably, this line is down due to the current Coronavirus situation, but this means I cannot get any info on the progress of my order. The install date quoted when I made the order was 22nd September and I would very much like this to be fulfilled. Any help is much appreciated.
