Not received Google Nest Hub as free promotion

Hi all

My new services were installed on 5th march. My understanding according to virgin t&C's is that the promotion item will be sent out 28 days after installation and customers should allow 14 days after that to receive the item.

So it's now been 46 days and has therefore exceeded the time advised to wait - could a member of staff please check this for me?

You would need to ring 0345 454 1111 to get someone to check this for you.

I am aware that you can call VM - but there waiting times are awful and I don't have time to sit on hold for an hour. Hence why I posted on here so I can check back

We can see from the notes this has been raised in the last couple of days with the team responsible for the dispatch of these gifts. Eligibility checks have been completed and confirmed.
