Not received Digital Contract or Quickstart Package?
I signed up on Monday, and I haven't yet received anything with my account number on it, so I am unable to register a my virgin media account which means I can't see what's going on with my account.
I was told in my confirmation email that a digital contract would soon follow behind it but I didn't get one. I would really appreciate anyones help as I know virgin media are doing their due diligence in the fight against coronavirus. I don't mind if it's going to take a little longer I just want to know how much by.
