Not provioned message - no signal for 2 weeks please help

I cannot receive or make calls since I received a new replacement mobile phone. I managed to get through to virgin after waiting 45mins and they sent me another sim card.  Still having this problem  tried network setting etc.. etc..

Need help !

Thank you for coming back to us, I am sorry to hear your replacement phone isn't working, was the phone from ourselves ?

 

Have you tried a factory reset on the phone ?

Virgin sent me a configuration message on Friday and it's now up and running at last.
